Agreement to terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any class offered by FineCrest Atelier (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to enroll. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information.

Safety and conduct

• Follow instructor guidance, posted studio rules, and safety signage at all times.
• Use PPE and designated zones for trimming and sanding when required.
• No hazardous materials or unsupervised kiln operation.
• Respect fellow students and staff; disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Enrollment and payments

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment through our payment processor.
• Prices and schedules may change; confirmed enrollments remain honored as booked.
• Taxes and fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

• Student cancellations 7+ days before the start date: full refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund or free reschedule if seats are available.
• Missed sessions are not refundable; we may provide make-up resources at our discretion.
• We may cancel or reschedule classes due to safety, instructor availability, or low enrollment; you will receive a full refund or alternative dates.

Intellectual property

All site content, course materials, and recordings are owned by FineCrest Atelier or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or resell materials without written permission.

Disclaimers

Classes are educational. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or commercial results. You are responsible for your use of techniques and materials outside class.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to services will not exceed the amount you paid for the class giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
